Any candidate, who has taken admission, shall have to abide by the university rules and regulations or amendments made there in from time to time. No litigation shall therefore be tendable.
Eligibility criteria shall not be relaxed.
Admission entitlement is not virtue of right, even though he/she is otherwise eligible.
Reservation rules shall be followed as per state Govt/University Norms.
Candidates shall have to submit transfer/migration certificate from the college/University where he/she was studying at the time reporting for admission.
At any stage, if it is found that a candidate has used some fraudulent means to get admission though he/she does not fulfill the eligibilities criteria and has made as incorrect statement he/she shall not be allowed admission or if already admitted, such admission shall be cancelled at any stage.
Applications of the candidates whose qualifying examinations are recognized by the university shall only be considered for admission.
During processing of the documents, if any error or omission is found, the college shall have right to cancel such admission.
Candidates are required to produce the original documents such as mark sheets/Certificates of the qualifying examination, caste & Income Certificate issued from competent authority within 6 months etc. at the time of interview / reporting for admission.
The candidates not reporting for the admission on due date time,shall forfeit their claim and the offer of admission shall be made to the next candidate in order of merit. No correspondence in this regard shall entertained.
Application form shall be filled in applicant's own handwriting with utmost care to avoid rejection.
No candidate shall be allowed to take admission simultaneously in two courses.
Late and / or incomplete application or those without requisite fees or not submitted on the prescribed form, shall be entertained.
